We will continue to offer warranty support on products purchased directly through Fuzzy Logic. The warranty conditions are stated on the Warranties page.

Warranties

Fuzzy Logic warranty terms and conditions are:

• The product has a Fuzzy Logic receipt.
• The date of purchase is not more than 12 months ago on new items. *
• The date of purchase is not more than 3 months ago on used items.
• The product fault is within the scope of the manufacturer's warranty conditions. #
• If the product is found to have no fault, a full service charge will apply.
• Turnaround for warranty claims is subject to availability of our technicians.

* Contact the manufacturer for product warranties exceeding 12 months.
# eg. the product has been physically damaged.
